A little about me

I’m a passionate product and UI/UX designer from Mexico, now living in      Barcelona. With a Spanish passport, I have the freedom to work across the EU without the need for a visa or work permit. Colleagues describe me as reliable, approachable, and easy-going, with a strong focus on excellence in my work.

I’m dedicated to creating user-centered designs and solving complex challenges. I’m driven by a genuine desire to understand people and design experiences that improve their daily lives. I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, learning from different perspectives, and contributing to innovative projects.

I’m actively seeking full-time opportunities where I can contribute my skills and grow professionally, but I am also open to freelance projects or part-time positions. I’m eager to join a dynamic environment where I can continue to learn, innovate, and contribute to meaningful products.

My past experience

Since late 2021, I’ve been working as a freelance UX/UI designer, collaborating with a variety of clients on projects like mobile apps and websites. Recently, I led the UI/UX design for the TRIBE app, a fitness and social app now live on the App Store. I was responsible for designing the entire visual look and user interfaces, ensuring the app provides a smooth and enjoyable user experience. I’ve also worked on projects like the Michelin restaurant recommendation website, where I created easy-to-use navigation and made sure the design matched Michelin’s brand. These projects have helped me improve my skills in user research, high-fidelity prototyping, and creating designs that are easy to scale.

Before starting full-time freelance work, I worked at Ice Cubes in Milan as a UX/UI Designer. There, I worked on AR/VR projects, designing solutions for artistic and educational experiences. I helped improve workflows and introduced new design methods that made the team more efficient, cutting project delivery time by 30%. I also played a role in adding AI and machine learning technologies into the design process, which helped speed up content creation and encouraged innovation across teams. I also helped create design patterns that were used throughout the company to improve user engagement.

Earlier, in 2022, I worked at Nuclea Solutions as a UX/UI Designer, where I created high-fidelity prototypes and worked closely with engineering teams to improve website layouts and navigation. My goal was to make the designs more user-friendly and in line with the company’s goals. I have a Master’s in UX Psychology from Politecnico di Milano, a Postgraduate Course in Digital Marketing from IED Madrid, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering in Innovation & Design. These experiences, along with working with different teams around the world, have helped me become a flexible and strong communicator, ready to work in fast-moving environments.
