In this project, "ELIGO BLU: Enhancing Student Voting," I worked as a Lead UX Designer and UX Researcher on a team of five. The goal was to make voting more personalized, engaging, and community-focused online voting experience for students by enhancing the concept of trust and make them feel more part of the process.

Voting for Schools: How can the e-voting experience be more engaging, trustworthy, and community-oriented for students?
Make voting more interesting and trusted for students. Students often felt disconnected from the voting process, and many didn't trust it. Our challenge was to change this.

1. Personalized Experience for Student Voters
To make voting more interesting, we let students have their own private voting profiles. This meant they could create and join polls that mattered to them. This made voting feel more personal and exciting.
2. Trust in the System
To build trust, we connected our voting platform directly to the university. This made the process more transparent and reliable. Students could also see the results happening in real-time, which made them trust the system more.
3. Real-time and Past Results
We added options for students to see the results as they were happening and to look back at past voting records. This made voting more flexible and user-friendly.
4. Creation of Polls and Groups
To boost trust and engagement, we let students create their polls and groups. This encouraged them to get involved not just in voting but in shaping their university community.
5. Killer Features
Two standout features were user profiles and polls. User profiles saved students time and made voting more personal. Polls made voting simpler and more fun.

In the end, ELIGO BLU confirmed it would improve the student voting experience. It made voting more exciting, trustworthy, and community-oriented. This project benefits students by giving them a better voting experience and helps universities increase student participation and gather valuable feedback. ELIGO BLU makes universities more attractive to students who value transparency, engagement, and innovation.
